Start Your Farming Journey at Plantation Succour

Ready to become part of Caribbean food sovereignty and heritage preservation? Applying to FFG’s Farmer Partnership Program is simple and straightforward. We welcome farmers of all experience levels – from beginners learning sustainable agriculture to experienced growers ready to scale their operations. 

Before You Apply

Review the partnership options:

  • Land Only Partnership – Independent farming with full autonomy
  • CSA Partnership – Guaranteed markets with per box payments
  • CSA + Cooperative Partnership – Full community benefits and profit sharing

Understand the requirements:

  • Review Requirements & Policies to ensure you can meet organic standards and site rules
  • Check Farmer Benefits & Support to see what support you’ll receive
  • Explore HAICI School Integration for required training programs
Application Steps:
  1. Complete the online form below – Takes 10-15 minutes
  2. Submit required documents – ID, farming experience (if any), references
  3. Application review – FFG reviews within 7-10 business days
  4. Site visit – Approved applicants tour Plantation Succour and select plots
  5. Partnership agreement – Sign agreement and pay annual fees
  6. Onboarding training – Complete required HAICI orientation: 8-12 hours spread over 4 weeks with flexible scheduling
  7. Start farming! – Begin your agricultural journey at our heritage site

Timeline:
  • Applications open: October 2025
  • Application to approval: 7-10 business days (approvals begin January 2026)
  • Plot assignment: Within 14 days of approval
  • Onboarding training: 8-12 hours over 4 weeks
  • Start farming: January 2026 onwards (immediately after onboarding training)

Note: While we’re accepting applications now, all approvals and plot assignments will begin in January 2026.
